SynchroSTART Term 4 Classes
The SynchroSTART program provides an introduction to artistic swimming conducted in a fun, safe environment supervised by trained coaches. Lessons are designed to encourage children to enjoy water safely and learn skills to transition into the sport.
Lessons generally include:
Warm up laps in the pool
Progressive skills training
Coaching in a choreographed group routine to music
'Land drilling' to learn routine choreography and timing
Mondays - 4:15pm to 5:15pm
Tuesdays - 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Saturdays - 1 hour class - 9:00am to 10:00am
Term Fees - payable on enrolment
$130 per child for a 1 hour class.
Fees do not include pool entry for swimmers or spectators. See the event information for more details.
Minimum age 6 years. Royal Life Saving Level 6 or equivalent. Must be proficient in breast stroke, confident in deep water and able to swim a minimum of 25m unassisted. Swimmers will be assessed in their first week of attendance.
What to bring

Nose clip and Swim Cap available though the Shop
Participants that have completed a minimum of Level 2 of the SynchroStART program are eligible to register in our StarBurst classes to prepare for trials/selection to a team in our State Stream Program.
